Extra Fields on Customer Sign Up

This contribution creates 4 new fields on the Sign Up page and My Account page. It displays 3 one-line input fields and 1 comments box. The data entered by the customers can be seen in the admin on the customers page. It is also editable by the customer via their My Account page. Fields can be turned on/off and made required or not via admin interface. |
