Allow particular customers to pay via COD, all others will not have the COD payment option available to them.

This update simply changed all references to customers_cod and customer_cod to customers_vipcod and customer_vipcod (to reflect the name). Other than these references to the current name, nothing changed. Same version number. 		  + Download
