After Hours Delivery

A module to add an additional fee for after hours delivery of couriered items. It is copied from the "Priority Handling" module by Markus Lankeit (markus@lankeit.org), which is in turn based on the Shipping insurance module by Günter Sammet (Gunter@SammySolutions.com). I did little more than adapt the wording and file names for my own requirements. It is suitable for any additional, optional fee. I needed to fiddle with the stylesheet a little to get the checkbox to show on Firefox. |
