We now have some documentation started for new frameworks/code included in v1.6

It's still early days yet, and we hope to build on this more. e.g. There is upcoming documentation for a new Checkout Flow and some documentation for changes to observer/notifiers and the Shipping Classes.

While feedback is appreciated, be aware that the documentation may change considerably before the final v1.6 release.
