Default CSS showing up as text

I was tweeking the stylesheet.css to center my logo and now for some reason I get a css line as text above my left sidebox. I've searched everywhere but can't find how it's showing up there.
This is the area I changed:

LABEL.checkboxLabel, LABEL.radioButtonLabel {
margin: 0.5em 0.3em;
}

.centerBoxContents, .specialsListBoxContents, .categoryListBoxContents, .centerBoxContentsAlsoPurch, .attribImg {
float: left;
}

#logo {text-align: center;}

LABEL.inputLabel {
width: 9em;
float: left;
}

LABEL.inputLabelPayment {
width: 14em;
float: left;
padding-left: 2.5em;
}

Did you also make changes to /common/tpl_header.php?

I too, think that one of your template files was edited. Possibly common/tpl_main_page.php . Which may still be in your templates/template_default directory since you are not using an override template. Remember, if you just want to edit the 'classic' template then copy those files and create an override so that you will be able to upgrade etc. without messing up your site templates etc.

That was it.
Thanks.

My next chore is to figure out overrides so I can move everything to a different named template.

Overrides are pretty simple. The system affects the files in the includes/languages and includes/templates folders.
If you see a folder called classic in one of those directories, you can and should have a folder for your new template.
Then if you need to change any file in that folder, then you should place it in the new template folder.
For example, there is a 'classic' folder in the includes/languages , so you should have a folder with your new folder name. There is only one file in that includes/languages folder so, if you wanted to change anything in it, then you would copy it to the new folder and make the changes there.
That's it in a nutshell. Very small nutshell. And, consider the squirrel that put the stuff into that nutshell.

Go to add-ons and get the override chart. It'll give you a visual picture of the override layout that you can use while viewing the tutorial on Override.
