Problem with website

Hello,

I have a weird problem with my zen-cart installation. Last night I installed manually zen-cart on my dreamhost host. I followed the security guidelines, I changed the admin directory, installed my purchased theme and Greek language files.

This morning I can't browse the website. Actually I can use the admin panel without problems but I can't see the website. It's like if there's no source code in the page. I can't see anything using "view source".

My page is www_metrofarmacy_com.

Any suggestions on what might caused this problem?

Going to your site I see the Installation page. Did you delete the 'zc_install' dir?

Yes because I did the installation all over again that's why. Now the problem is clearly with the them that I purchased. I think I've lost 140 USD.

The Template works in English but not in Greek language. When I have the Greek language on and I switch template I see a blank php page.

I don't know if I should start looking for a new template which supports Greek or trying to adjust this one. I'm new to all this and I'm afraid it will take a lifetime to adjust a theme that does not support other languages...

I'd go back to the vendor - If they sold you a product and it doesn't work, you should get a refund.

Before you go back to the vender. You might use the error reporting tool in the add-ons section. It sounds like you have a php error and the tool will narrow down the problem area so you can fix it. I've used several times to recover from stray code or errors that caused a blank page. I hope that helps!
