Flash banner not working in New I.E - Fine in mozzila

Hi,

Since updating to the new version of I.E my flash banner on the front page of my website is not showing. www.orcharddirect.co.uk

Has there been a change with the embed script that now has to be used for it to function?


I am currently using the code provided below. This used to work fine in older version of I.E and still works fine in mozzila, google chrome and safari.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Visited site using IE8..Flash working fine..
