modify and order?

I have a customer that placed and order (paying by check via the mail) and he wants to change his order. How do i modify his order to reflect the change he wants?

where do you install the downloaded files(edit_order.php) I also tried to find and replace as instructed but can't find the text. Please help

I modified the orders.php file per the instructions and uploaded the three edit_orders.php files to there respective directories and I get this message The server can not find the requested page:

wafer.heritagewebdesign.com/~elsabor/cart/admin/FILENAME_ORDER_EDIT.php?page=1&oID=14&action=edit (port 443)
What am I doing wrong I tried several times but still get the same results. any help please.
