Gosh! Well, thank you! I did a couple of CDs of brochures for blind people and stuff like that, but perhaps I should stop coding and start recording :) I never really thought about doing it properly though, because everyone thinks they have a great voice, but for all I know, I might actually sound like Kermit the frog or Bill Gates (if you can tell the difference) and people are being polite. But you're not the first to have said something similar
Of course! If anyone else wants any little Apsona vids made, let me know what about and I'll try my best. (Perhaps I should setup a test name account instead though!).

Hi,
Does ShopAdmin only have knowledge of the standard fields in the Zencart database tables, e.g. for orders? I have added additional fields, but these don't show up as options when I try to create reports.
TIA.
kelvyn - We've embedded the video into our product imports support page, and added a link to your article in this thread. Thanks again for creating the video.
Javier - ShopAdmin currently auto-detects only fields in the products table. We haven't had anyone asking for support for orders fields yet. What fields do you want supported?
Thanks.
Thank you for your reply. I have added a field to the orders table to show a puchase order reference (po_number). There is no set format for it to be entered - it can even be a person's name. There may be others but I've just woken up and the brain needs coffee :-))
Regards,
Javier
To explain a bit more. Although each order is issued with an invoice, business customers still want to see a statement - for example, outstanding unpaid invoices. I would like to be able to add a "PO" reference (for purchase order) to the report so that when the report is generated, it has a list of outstanding invoices listed. This can then be sent as a chaser for non-payment. Hope that makes sense.
Does this work for attributes or is it just hype?
I have tried to import attributes several different way and I always get the same error message.
does not match any existing value in the product table
I get this error when using Product Name, Product ID, Product Model as Product
anyone know why?
For each row in the product attributes CSV, ShopAdmin looks for a matching product record, i.e., one that has the same product id or the same product name as the value in the "product" cell. It issues this error if it is unable to find a matching record. Please bear in mind that the matching is exact: the product name (if that's what you have specified) must match exactly, including case and embedded spaces.
Hope this helps.
I guess I just do not get it, I created a product, gave it option, option value & option price.
Then I tried to import several products using PRODUCT ID
products have a unique ID, I must be doing something wrong. Do I have to assign attributes to products in ZC first. I looked for tutorials and cam up with this but that did not explain much as I did this.
I have allot of products, the only attributes are extra protection, I guess I will look to other solutions.
