I found the answer to my last trouble with the pull down menu not working everywhere. In fact you have to copy the file "jscript_addr_pulldowns.php" created in "/includes/modules/pages/create_account/" to 3 other folders:

../includes/modules/pages/checkout_payment_address/
../includes/modules/pages/login/
../includes/modules/pages/popup_shipping_estimator/

Then all pull down menu will work.

It is OK, your guide already saved me lots of time.

I am still trying to fix an other problem with emails. When I do an order confirmation email is perfect in any 3 languages I use. But when I update the order status in admin an send a notification this notification email is completly messed up obviously not encoded properly.
If I send an email to customer through admin function It works fine even with japanese message as long as the admin interface is not in Japanese. But if the interface is in Japanese then every non english text is messed up.
I have tried for few days now to change few files, especially the functions_email.php but I am afraid I am not good enough to understand all the build and requirement of the email header.
I don't know what to do anymore. I was thinking it might be something wrong in the japanese admin files but where?...

I have 2 clients that I am working with right now that have this pack going. I am moving into email testing and such during this week and next. If I come so If there is a problem, I will run into it, and I will update the fix. Give me some time and I will update you if I have the same problem.

Do you have your admin in Japanese when you are updating Japanese orders? If not, try to update the orders when you have the site in Japanese.

Yes this is when the admin is in Japanese that I have some trouble. This is the only way to send an update email in Japanese anyway.
If the admin is in another language (French or English), no trouble at all.

This is weird, b/c I just tested it and it's fine. I will load up a fresh cart, I hope tomorrow. Been crazy busy. I will let you know if I get this error. Did you edit any of the files in the admin side of the pack? I need to dive back into the code to get my head around your problem, been working on to many other things.

I have tried few things with some japanese admin files but I got back each time. I have someadd on installed too. I am going to check which files are new or modified in the admin part...

Here are the modified files:
in admin: mail.php and login.php
in ...functions: general.php
in ...language-Japanese: orders.php

I am not sure they are really modified. They have been edited but not all modified. The first 3 have probably just been UT8 encoded only.
