NOTE: This is based on Zen Cart v1.0. Some things have changed, and many things have been added since this example was produced. However, it serves as a useful guide for most structural layout customizations.

All starred names *foo* are names of CSS classes.

All tables have been set to border="2" so you can see how much territory each cell covers and how they fit together.
