Customers having trouble, can you check my site?
We have been getting orders but something is going on recently and I'm not sure how to fix it or even find the problem. The last customer said that while creating an account they were told that the zip code needed to be 5 digits and they insist they were putting in correctly AND that they password was not being accepted. I have also had a few customers not be able to log into exiting accounts.
I run 139a and up until now things have been going well. I can create an account (across several browsers) and I get no warnings.
I have seen people shopping and then start to create and account only to drop off.
I need people to create an account and see if they get the warning so I know exactly what is happening and hopefully I can fix it. I would love to have any further insight you might see.

Accounts were created properly in IE8 and FF12. You are getting the secure/insecure error message in IE.

Interesting, thank you for doing that. Is there a way to fix this for IE that you know?

You chat button is absolute and not relative ... fix that and you will lose the secure error ...

Could you break this down in "simple terms". Thank you!
