writing new payment module: my bank does not accept redirect Url

Hi,
can some one elp me on this issue
I am trying to develop a new payment module for a bank In india. However the bank does not accept any special characters in the redirect URL
$Url = zen_href_link(FILENAME_CHECKOUT_PROCESS,'','SSL',true,false);

so i am unable to post a redirect url such as http://www.mydomain.com/index.php?ma...eckout_process

Help shall be appreciated

If they don't, then you can't use zencart with the bank as a general release.

If you are writing it just for yourself, then you can use a htaccess redirect or maybe tinyurl.
