weight charges to all countries except one.

I've been looking so and so about this problem im facing but i didnt have an answer for my situation yet !!:no:

My issue is with shipping .. I'm displaying the wight of the item and i want the charges to apply for 45 for Saudi Arabia country address only (no matter the wight is ) and all other countries to charge 110 for the first .5 kgs and then 30 for every 1 kg !


I really didn't know how to do that .. any one can help and i will realllly appreciate it..

You would do that with the Zones shipping module, with Saudi Arabia in its own zone and every other country in another.
