Is it possible?
We have a 10% coupon but want to only offer it to people that spend £100 or less...
(as most people get 10% for buying 3 of our popular items .. so they end up getting 10% twice)
We are using table_discounts and better_together from thatsoftwareguy.
I can see that we have a spend X or more - but not less - can we do anything??
