How to show Specials without showing the amount saved?

For example, normally the specials would display like this:

Quote:

Original Price: Kč 10000
Special Price: Kč 9000
Save: 10% off

---

I don't want the specials to display the Original Price, nor the Save:

All I want it to do is display the Special Price




(What I'm wanting to do, is adapt it to use to display a Pay Monthly Price on certain services if anyone can think of a better way to implement something like that?)
