It looks like the .zip file doesn't include this folder (the 'readme' states it does). No big deal, simply create it yourself.

Unless I'm mis-reading the code (functions/extra_functions/image_titles_functions.php) this folder doesn't *need* to contain any files, it merely needs to exist.

See the 'readme*' for more information about what the folder could contain.
