Change Price Display - Please don't ask me to search w/ Tools-Devlpr Tool Kit
I'm setting up a real estate 'showcase' site. Need 'price' to display but don't need calculations.
Would like to replace "$" with "THB" which stands for Thai baht. Any suggestions on where it might be defined? I could live with eliminating the $ and adding baht or THB after the numbers...
Would also like to eliminate decimal places...?
Any idea when the Thai language module will be available? (that is a joke BTW)
Thanks

Re: Change Price Display - Please don't ask me to search w/ Tools-Devlpr Tool Kit
what about if I want the display price change when adding options?
Let's set the base price is $10
Select option $5
and price will update to $15. How to do that? Please help!

When creating or editing the product, select "Product Priced by Attributes".
You should also check to make sure that the Attribute Controller, in the "Adding New Attribute" section, shows the bright purple box "Include in Base Price
When Priced by Attributes" set to yes (I believe this is always the default). Note - there may be situations where you want it set to no. Try this if you are getting undesired results. If the attributes are the full price by themselves (base price 0), you definitely want it yes.

Thanks for your quick reply! I am a newbie.
My web site selling printing. Such as, Business card, postcard . . . .
Each product start with a Starting price. Let's say 1000 pc - $75.99
When changing the quantity to 2500 the price add $32.00
But at the starting price still showing $75.99
What I try to do is, when changing the Quantity, the price will also change from $75.99 to $107.99
I hope you know what I mean!

Re: Change Price Display - Please don't ask me to search w/ Tools-Devlpr Tool Kit
Sorry, that's not going to happen without some real custom coding.
If you want the actual price to show for each quantity, that is easy. Set the base price to 0, and edit each attribute to show its full price. Also in Attribute Controller, change the + in front of the price to blank.
The Starting at price will still show (can be disabled) with the lowest attribute price.
See my site for examples of this.

:smartalec: IC, I guess there is no way that I can do that! Maybe I just do what you did on your site. Thanks a lot!
