unable to sign into Admin page

Hi- I'm at a complete loss! I made a few necessary changes in order for my meta tags to be effective and then several days later - I couldn't sign into the admin area.

I've gone through and done all the suggested things to restore it - to no avail. Please help! I've got pending orders and can't get to them to fulfill and process them.

it's completely blank.
