Free shipping in store home country - get in touch for International shipping

I want to charge any customer outside of the UK for shipping and restrict free shipping to the UK.

Customers outside the UK will have to get in touch to find out shipping costs as it's far too complicated to work out the different rates for each country.

Annoyingly the person I'm building the site for wants to include all countries!

I've spent 2 hours reading the forums on how to set up a zone that excludes a country I looked at installing shipping modules like MZMT and can't understand what it is!

I've done a pretty decent job of integrating the cart into a already existing site but blow me down if I can get the payments and shipping to work properly:dontgetit
