Joomla plug-ins?

Okay, I didn't really find an answer when I searched, so here goes.

I use Joomla for my CMS. I would love to have a plug-in module or mambot for Joomla to display store items on my Joomla site. Like the option to show one (or more) individual products, a category, or featured items, specials, new items, etc. And when someone clicks on the item, it takes them to the cart.

Is there a module out there like that?

I don't want the shopping cart "integrated" with Joomla. I want them to be separate entities. But I'd love the ability to have the front page in Joomla dynamically change based upon what I do in ZC instead of having to create a new "article" in Joomla every time there's something new.

I know I can have a link to the cart -- I already do that. But I'm looking for something dynamic.

and adjust it to fit your needs. If nothing else, it may give you an idea of the direction you want to move in for working with it.
