Set up Categories Dressing w/Uncollapsed Cat Tree

I set up categories dressing on my zen cart, used the uncollapsed Category Tree mod but can't figure out how to set it up so only the Category and Sub Category are shown.

Here is my site http://spike-performance.com Notice the category Chevy-GMC-Pontiac than sub category Camaro ss V8, than there is another sub category after that which i dont want to show. Does anyone have a fix for this, i've tryed a few different ones with no luck. Thank you in advance for any help or advice.:D

Now I have yet another issue, the Major / minor / cat 3 headings are showing i don't know what i did to the code to display it lol anyone got any idea how to delete that?

Alright after some more research and trouble shooting i figured it out. Had to change settings in the categories_dressing_defines.php file...
