Help! "Communications Error... Your credit card could not be authorized..."
Hi there,
Urgent problem - a client is now unable to process credit cards.
On the checkout, we're getting the error "Communications Error - Please notify webmaster. - your credit card could not be processed for this reason. Please correct the information and try again or or contact us for further assistance."
Client has tried with his own credit card and several others but to no avail.
He claims the only change was making PST and GST chargeable.
We are using Zencart 1.3.8a and our payment processor is Pivotal (Authorize.net)
Please help, client is having record views and sales aren't going through.

In the admin for authnet - - turn on debugging then attempt a process and view the debug log for the issue

Thanks a lot for your help. The client contacted me this morning to say that the problem has vanished... Pivotal is unaware of what could have gone wrong, but in the meantime, we're all shipshape.
