I believe that is kuroi's site. Check the add-on templates forum for info on templates that are compatible with 1.5. I've tested a bunch, and most seem to be.
Kuroi recently posted that he had updated the site to use 1.5.
We didn't make any major changes to templates for 1.5 so nearly any of the templates in the Addons section should work.
