THAT message has nothing to do with Zen Cart. That's a message generated by your server, and your server administrator (hosting company) must fix it. They're the only ones with control over that part of the server.

Honestly? Do you REALLY want the answer to that? The answer is: cancel your account with them and get someone who knows what they're doing.
If you stick with them you won't be able to do ecommerce transactions using SSL to protect sensitive data. It just doesn't work on their servers. And it hasn't for 8+ years despite asking them to fix it on numerous occasions. They're the ones you should be making your quips about harvard to.

75% of getting ZC to work properly and efficiently is choosing the right host. We install (on average) a zencart store every week (and have done so for about 6 years now). We do all installs manually and everything can be accomplished in about 5 to 6 minutes.
Key to our efficiency is a GOOD, RELIABLE and KNOWLEDGEABLE host, who knows how to set up and manage a server, and who knows how to run eComm platforms.
My 14-year-old daughter sometimes helps us over weekends (after she's done her homework) and she installs ZC in about 10 minutes. And she has never had a lesson in computer management in her (short) life.
Go get proper hosting.
