blank page when using nmi_gateway_services_payment_module_2-0
Others have had issues w/this blank page issue and I've tried to learn from them - but no luck.
The order IS getting from zencart to our NMI account - the money is getting there - but we're getting a blank page as the payment module is trying to send the order info to the cart (no orders are getting put into the cart) and we're not getting the 'checkout success page'.
I've looked at the php code - seems ok - it's the way the module is sending back info -
it does need an order id - which I'm assuming is being passed - I don't know how to check for this -
nmi_gateway_services_payment_module_2-0 (same code available from their website and also on the zencart addon site)
Please help and thank you

Re: blank page when using nmi_gateway_services_payment_module_2-0
The best people to help you are those that wrote the module.
For possible indication of WHERE the system is breaking down, look in the CACHE folder of your zencart installation for error reports.
Re: blank page when using nmi_gateway_services_payment_module_2-0
Thank you for this info -the module actually does pass back the info I can see it in the url of the blank page -
"/index.php?main_page=checkout_process&response..." is part of this url...
I've looked at checkout_process to see php error or something - no go -
I've always used zencart but am thinking of rebuilding on another cart at the moment - we need to be UP today
any other suggestions as to why it would hang here?
thank you

also just wanted to say I don't see anything in the cache reports - I have that cache folder, etc., but nothing related to this -
Re: SOLVEDblank page when using nmi_gateway_services_payment_module_2-0
After a call to NMI (only available during the weekdays, central time), here is the answer: the integration script they publish does not work - they had me use the authorize.net.aim script and change the url...
(new) $url = 'https://secure.nmi.com/gateway/transact.dll';
(old) // $devurl = 'https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll';
(new) $devurl = 'https://secure.nmi.com/gateway/transact.dll';
I hope they put a new script up on the addons and update their own site as well since their script will never work without this change -
Thanks for help up to this point and I hope this helps someone else.
