Locked out of ZC admin section.
Hi all,
I am currently experiencing difficulties logging into the admin section.
Error message says that I have entered incorrect users name or password.... however they are correct.
I requested a resend and was told that my e-mail address is incorrect!
I’m locked out of my shopping cart with no way of contacting tech support.

What version of Zencart? When did this start?

You will probably have to reset it via the database, using these instructions:
http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...admin-password
... and then figure out what's been changed in there for it to tell you the email address is invalid ... ie: did someone change it without your knowledge? If so, have you been hacked? There was a brute force attack on our forum/website/and or ZenCart account around Christmas.
It appears that is when and where the trouble stemmed.
With the help of our web host, we were able to regain access by resetting via the database as suggested.
