can only see customer's email details?

Now when I click on a customer all I get is their email, where do I find all their other details please?
I need to phone one of my customers but I just don't know where to find all the data they inputed
without having to check database. actually don't even know where on db to find it- would prefer to just see it in admin.

Go to your admin's Customers -> Customers. Highlight the customer you are interested in and click the Edit button.
