How to remove default "SophyBlue Free Template" text in the web tab?

I am using V: 1.3.9 with the sophyblue template. I am trying to replace the "sophyblue Free Template..." text on the tabs on the web pages.

I have gone to:
/includes/languages/english/sophyblue/header.php

and edited the following to show my website info as per the instructions:

Name
on line 21
replace 'SophyBlue Free Template by IDEAS Creative Group' with your own

TaglineSlogan
on line 22
replace the "Sophy Blue Free Template" with your own, or you can leave it in blank to not show any text on that place.

but it still shows the default text.

How can I fix this to get rid of the default and show the text I want to see?
