Invoice module with invoice fee 1.3.7
I have updated an old invoice module to 1.3.7 and done some further clean-up (for example now the fee is shown with tax in ot).
The contrib gives customers the option to select to pay by invoice. An invoice fee can be added in order total. Language files are provided in Swedish.
If tpl_checkout_payment_default.php is used (also included) then also the text in red below is shown.

Sure thing! I'm not really promoting it, just wanted to share my work and give something back to the community... I've had it on my site for a while, but thought here may be wider interest here.
The idea is definitely to post in downloads, but wanted to get initial feedback fist, in case there are issues (don't want to waste everybodies time).
[In general, good that you made the comment, I'm personally critical that so few mods make it into the downloads section, could it be that it requires another registration?]
