Remove SubCategory Links on Main Page

Hey Everyone,

This seems like it would be simple enough, but I couldn't find it by searching in the forums. How can you change the main pages so that the subcategory links do NOT show up on the main page.

I *DO* want subcategories to be displayed in the left sidebar in the category box when expanded; however, I do NOT want the subcategories showing up at the top of the pages.

I have "Categories - Show On Main Page" turned off .. which works great - how can I do the same for SubCategories?

Categories - Always Open to show subcategories is also turned off.

I'd like to get rid of all those subcategory links at the top of the page.
