phpMyAdmin/mySQL data export problem

I've exported data (a .sql file) from a mySQL database (version 5.0.24) using phpMyAdmin (version 2.10.2) on my web server.

I'm trying to import this data into another mySQL database (version 5.0.37) on another server, using phpMyAdmin (version2.10.0.2).

I get this error when I run the import:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Cart, 'http://www.zen-cart.com', banners/zencart_468_60_02.gif, Wide-Banners, ''' at line 2

I've figured out that I need to have single-quotes around some parameters like Zen Cart, the image path & name, and the 0 after the date/time:

('1', Zen Cart, 'http://www.zen-cart.com', banners/zencart_468_60_02.gif, Wide-Banners, '', '0', NULL, NULL, '2004-01-11 20:59:12', '2007-05-19 16:12:35', 0, '1', '1', '0'),

With quotes:

('1', 'Zen Cart', 'http://www.zen-cart.com', 'banners/zencart_468_60_02.gif', 'Wide-Banners', '', '0', NULL, NULL, '2004-01-11 20:59:12', '2007-05-19 16:12:35', '0', '1', '1', '0'),

Here is my problem: this issue exists throughout the entire .sql file. Why phpmyadmin exporting the data with these errors? And how can I fix it for an entire database or sql file? Thanks in advance.

As far as I know that's not a normal thing for phpMyAdmin to do.

I'd be talking to your hosting company tech support to find out why it's not working properly.
