One time charges up to 19 products :-/

Hi,

I am trying to set the attributes so that when people are purchasing t-shirts, they are charged a one time fee for up to 19 T's and there is no one time fee after 20+ T's.

I have manually set radio buttons so the customer can click whether they are having up to 19 or 20+ but I would prefer the site to calculate this with the quantity.

note sure what you mean by one time charges? are you using a mod to add a fee to the order?

Are ALL T-Shirts in the gang of T-Shirts that need to be counted for the One Time Charge?

When you call this a One Time charge ...

if I order 5 different kinds of T-Shirt but only a total of 15 T-Shirts, is this a 1 time charge or is this 5 One Time Charges?

if I order 5 different kinds of T-Shirt but order a total of 27 T-Shirts, is this a 1 time charge? or 5 One Time Charges?
