Apache won't start in XAMPP
Hello all. I am an IT student completing my co-op I'm trying to set up an offline copy of my client's Zen Cart page. I set up XAMPP and copied over the Zen Cart database on Friday, but now when I try to start Apache in the XAMPP Control Panel Application I get the following:
"ERROR: Apache service not started [-1]"
I went into the XAMPP folder on my C: drive and ran the file apache_start.bat, and when I did that I got another error message:
"(OS 10013)An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by it's access permissions. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
Apache could not be started"
What's going on? Everything worked fine when I left the computer on Friday.
