help with product set-up with options (customer chooses quantity of option)
Setting up a cart with 4 products. Really one product, just with 4 flavors of the one. I've tried different variations using the attributes, options and values and can't seam to get what I want to appear.
Ie: Selling T-shirts with options of red, blue, yellow, orange. Customer needs to be able to choose any variety of the 4 options and enter a quantity that he wants for each. Example, customer wants 2 red, 1 blue and 5 yellow, but no orange. So a total of 8 t-shirts. The color options and quantity choice need to appear on same page with and add to cart button and a minimum order requirement.
Can this be done within in the existing admin or does this need to be custom programmed.

I would say you could do this in the product listing page.
Have a category or sub for each set of combinable items (say different colored t-shirts) with each color shirt as a product. Set the multiple add to cart and qty boxes to display for the page; then the customer can choose as many of each color as they want, and when happy click the "add selected products" button to add them all to the cart.
This works as long as they do not need to make more choices than this.

Would the page be the "all products" page? If so, I see what your saying, and I think that will work.
Do you know how to set a minimum total order size, not just an individual product minimum? I don't what someone to be able to check out unless that have a minimum of 10 items in their cart.
One other thing is I need to be able to apply a discount based on the total quantity purchased. Is that possible via the admin?
