EZ-Pages not Displaying in Admin/Tools/EZ-Pages

Hello,

The EZ-Pages are not displayed in the Admin/Tools/EZ-Pages Displaying 0 to 0 (of 0 pages). They are present in the Admin/Config/Define Pages Status, so I can get the pages to show in the side boxes but not the footer or header?

This is a new install and right from the start there's nothing showing in this admin section?

Anyone got an idea on this? I've seen other posts and everything always points to "sort order" and the lack there of can cause the EZ-Pages to not show in "Tools". My problem is that they are not showing from the start of the installation.

Any thoughts would be most appreciated!
