I'm using v1.3.9f.
I get this error on my discount coupon at checkout:'This coupon is not available yet'.
If I look up the code it indicates its valid from 09/10/2010.
What did I do wrong?

What are all of the settings on the Discount Coupon?
Is the Status active (green dot) or Inactive (red dot) ...
Its says 'Y' for the status in Coupon Admin.
I've set up no restrictions.
This is the info displayed:
Coupon Name :: 10% off $100 or more
Coupon Amount :: 10.0000%
Start Date :: 09/12/2010
End Date :: 09/11/2011
Uses per Coupon :: 1
Uses per Customer :: 1
Valid Product List :: --none--
Valid Categories List :: --none--
Date Created :: 09/12/2010
Date Modified :: 09/12/2010
Coupon Zone Restriction: :: 0
Of course I've no idea why it says 'none' for Valid Product List.

If you look at the menu bar in your admin, what is the date and time of your server?
NOTE: The NONE settings on:
means you have no restrictions on the Products or Categories ...Quote:

Could you go to phpMyAdmin and browse the table:
coupons
and see what the exact date/time is on it ...

Well, the date was correct in phpMyAdmin (as well as in my store admin area).
So I changed the availability date and allowed an extra day before it started and for some reason my coupon code still comes back as invalid at checkout.
