Order Missing
Hi All,
I have been using Zen-Cart 1.3.8a for around 10 months now without an issue, until now.
I have an order that has disappeared from the admin view.
The data is still in the system as I can see under the customer account that they have two orders however when I select show orders there is only one there.
The customer cannot see it from their my account screen however if they select the link that was emailed to them when they ordered they can see it.
I somehow just need to reconnect the order so that I can see it.
Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

Now this is wierd.
I managed to get to the order by manually typing it in the order field.
The status was set to nothing at all which is possibly why it could not be viewed in the admin section.
I changed it to shipped and its all good now.

Thanks for the update on what the problem was that the order was not showing ... :smile:
NOTE: Another cause for Orders not to display, but can be searched for, is when there isn't an orders_total active or a missing record for this ...
