Blank order with paypal details
1.3.9h - PayPal Payments Pro
Order was placed by customer, paying with echeck through paypal.
Order is created correctly, order details are populated with the echeck information and moved to the correct status.
20 seconds later, a blank order is created, no customer details, no order details, and in the comments, there is his echeck details. The IP is from Erie, USA. Was this order created by PayPal's systems?

Need to see debug logs for both transactions, which are only available if logging was enabled when the transactions took place: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61199

Just to clarify the second order replicates the first orders echeck
All I have are the CURL logs
The duplicate order payment method was Gift Certificate/Coupon

The ipn_xxxxx logs from the same folder would be needed too.

Could that be related, the fact that I have imported parts of my 1.3.8 database into the 1.3.9 database. I didn't do an "upgrade" on the 1.3.8a database, but extracted a few key tables that i needed.
