problem with product download

I have a music site and I am trying to set up downloads. I have folled the instructions in the wikki and when testing everything seems to work up untill I actually try to download the product. Than I get this error message:

But I can assure you, it's there. I think it may be a permissions problem? But I am only guessin, anyone have knowledge of this?

There is only one product in the cart and it is free. Click the link at the top "Bizi Gara"

The site is still under construction so it is still rough, please excuse:blush:.

Also on a related note, right now I need to put in a quanitity for the product to show up in the cart, but obv people can download an MP3 and million times and it will never go away. How can I get around adding a quantity?

Downloads in zencart work best when in zip file format,
so try adding your mp3 file into zip, name that zip file
all in lowercase, without hypens i.e. myfile1.zip
Folder for downloads in zencart is /download
Using any other folder may not work

Thanks Misty. I was using an absolute reference fo the filename (duh! it says file NAME not file LOCATION). After reading stbebe's post I realized this. I also picked up some good tips on securing the downloads folder.
