suddenly PayPal not returning transaction
Over the past couple of weeks I have had two customers successfully check out via a PayPal processed transaction and not have their orders post back to Zen Cart. Searching for the customer in PayPal via their email address does show the transaction and transaction total -- but as there is no order in Zen Cart I cannot pull up the order contents.
I am, of course, concerned that there are more than two customers out there who have paid without having their order post.

If you're using Paypal Standard (IPN), switch to Paypal Express, and this problem should disappear.
p.s. This isn't a Zencart bug.
Also, please upgrade to at least version 1.3.9h as soon as possible.

Thanks - the upgrade is actually done but now I'm getting the fun DB errors :)

Looking for the Express option -- where do you find it? I'm in My Profile and not seeing it there or in My Business Info.

Admin - Modules - Payment to install Paypal Express. There's no way I know to retrieve the order info from the orders which didn't pass it without contacting the customer.

The instructions on the admin-modules page seem to be out of date compared to the new PayPal layout -- so I'm still not sure we're set up properly for Express payment.
Do I need to set "PayPal Website Payments Standard - IPN" status to false when I activate Express?

Click Remove on IPN module in your ZC admin.
