Arrgh! Please help me with ie 7 rendering of logo / header area
Hello, I am building a website for a client http://www.englishflagsandgear.co.uk
In my firefox it looks great on the main page but in ie7 (which the client has) it has a big gap under the logo at the top and above the slider of about 150px. I am having trouble locating the code to amend to fix this problem, could anyone help me? Cheers me dears :)

install some code to detect browser veriosn and recommend upgrading to the latest IE... ;)
Try stripping your header down to the bare minimum and put back together bit by bit. there is probably some css causing it. failing that as per my comment above, we can all spend hours creating site that show nicely in old browsers but to what end?
Re: Arrgh! Please help me with ie 7 rendering of logo / header area
sorry.. header code is in:
includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php
if this file doesnt exist you need to create a copy of this one:
includes/templates/template_default/common/tpl_header.php
and upload it to here:
includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/

As reported only 1% of users are using IE7 - I would recommend that your client update...

I have tried to persuade the client to upgrade his browser but he just started shouting at me and said if he has this browser then so will others. What a pain in the bum!

Direct him to the link I provided where only 1% are using that old version
