Order Status
I am just now geting my site going and I am processing new orders from Zen-Cart....however, I am confused on one item...ORDER STATUS in the admin panel.
The status' available are PENDING, PROCESSING, DELIVERED, UPDATE.
I see no status for "SHIPPED" as this is not the same as DELIVERED
Is this something I can change? How do the rest of you handle it? My customers are asking me these questions and I do not know the answers!

You can add additional order status conditions. You can edit existing ones.
ADMIN >>> LOCALISATION >>> ORDERS STATUS

Fantastic...its amazing that I did at least seven different searches on permutations of "order" and "status" and nothing came back!

Buy the User Manual... or spend more time in your shop admin panel.
