Error when attempting "Add to cart," "tell a friend," "write a review" - bank page.

Hi there,

I've recently come across an error after doing some work on the site. Like an idiot, I got in a zone and forged ahead with a bunch of changes after backing up :oops:. Please help?

Here is my error message (the only one I'm getting):
