dont want attribute to be added with price

I have a product for starts selling at $150
i added attribute for different quantities...
than i added a 2nd attribute for artwork with 2 different values.
1- artwork provided by user
2- need artwork $50

but when you see the product.... it shows starting at $200 not $150..
it adds both attribute..
is there a way just for it to show the Starting price of $150 with out added the artwork fee....

Set the "need artwork" to be an optional one-time fee instead of being the price of the attribute.

Make sure that you have set the Attributes up as 1 Option Name with 2 Option Values ... and not as 2 Option Names with 1 Option Value each ...

but now when i set that up i get a message on the top of the price it says
"One time Charges may apply"
how do i take that out... it could get confusing for my clients.
