Model Number showing on Product page for some only?

My site is http://www.spiritjewelry.org if you go into the Charms (Only) they all seem to have the model number on each product page below the pic until you go into Numbers & Letter. I can't figure out why on some and not on all???? Also, is there a quicker way to add Attribute Values to all items? Every time a team registers with my site (for fundraising, not as buying customers) I have to manually add their name to each and every product. Thanks!!

I figured out the Attribute issue...but still don't know why some items have model numbers showing and others don't.
