Image Sizes for Additional Thumbnails?
My understanding is if I use the small medium and large images that the small will be used for category listings, the medium for product info and large for when clicking large link on product info.
my question is, if I use the medium image size, what imge does the thumnails for the addional images on the product info page use?
would it be the same as the main image Medium, or are the small ones used?
I ask because I want quite large medium ones, but it is uses the medium size for the tiny thumbnails then it will be a bit of a waste of bandwidth..

If images are optimized for the web - a medium image should be no more than approx 15K
Remember that browsers only display at 72dpi

Besides which, if you supply small and medium images, only the small ones will be used for thumbnails. The medium images will be completely irrelevant for thumbnails.

Image Handler 4 obviates the need for different sizes of images. You just load one LARGE image (properly optimised and compressed) into the main images folder and IH does all the sizing and polishing for you.
