How do I remove the top E-Z Page that lists the product categories in it?
I looked in Tools/ E-Z Pages and there are none...I looked in Configuration/EZ Page Settings and EZ-Pages Display Status - HeaderBar and turned it to off to no avail.

Admin/Configuration/Layout Settings/Categories Tab Menu Off/On
Admin> Configuration> Layout Settings> Category tabs menu
