Fairly fresh install. I have only added the USPS.php mod for shipping.... other than that and the pure black template, edited couple of files to change wording on checkout page and conditions.php ...

I appreciate your help, after I had the USPS look at their end they had not moved me to the production server correctly. They fixed their end. And now it works.

I will call tomorrow morning. Hopefully that is the issue, if it fails to work after that I will post the search results.
