I should have said that I retested the link and it worked fine. Everything between Zen Cart and Pay Pal is working.

I can answer my own question - turning off hotlink protection allowed the header to show.

I don't have a header showing either.

Is it something to do with hotlink protection on the site - and if so how can I enable linking just for emails?

It's easy to fill in the prices when you have a good framework though
